As a Account Manager (German market), you will ensure our customers get maximum value from autarc - and you’ll turn real customer pain into product improvements. You’ll work closely with Product and Tech, drive adoption and retention, and identify growth opportunities across your portfolio.
What you will do ✨
Be the go-to contact for our B2B customers in Germany (especially energy installers), guiding them from onboarding to long-term success
Translate customer feedback into product impact by working closely with our Product and Tech teams - crisp problem statements, clear priorities, and fast loops
Continuously improve the customer experience: tighten processes, remove friction, and make sure customers get answers and outcomes quickly
Identify upsell opportunities and expansion signals (new modules, additional seats, new locations) and drive them with Sales — without being “salesy”
Plan and run customer projects that drive adoption, retention, and measurable outcomes (e.g., rollout playbooks, training, QBRs, usage improvements)
